ATEEL Consulting: Compliance Officer (m/w/d)
THE POSITION:
Do you enjoy analyzing complex information, working with large volumes of data and turning regulatory content into clear, reliable decisions? We are looking for a Compliance Officer to strengthen our Requirements & Markets team within Regulatory Compliance. You will join a specialized and collaborative environment in which accuracy, ownership and the ability to make complex topics manageable are essential. The position is full-time and available as soon as possible.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review international regulations, standards and other regulatory sources, identify relevant obligations and extract the required information accurately
- Structure, cluster and assess large volumes of regulatory cases and related master data, ensuring consistency, completeness and high data quality
- Evaluate relevance for specific markets, products, customers and use cases, and document your decisions in a clear and traceable manner
- Maintain regulatory information in databases and contribute to consistent data models, classifications and quality checks
- Coordinate work packages and workflows, communicate findings in German and English, and ensure that validated results reach the relevant stakeholders
- Contribute to the continuous improvement and digitalization of regulatory workflows, including database functions and the responsible use of AI-supported tools
WHAT YOU BRING:
- Experience in a regulated industry, regardless of sector, combined with a strong interest in product and technical compliance and international regulatory requirements
- A strongly analytical and systematic mindset, with the ability to understand unfamiliar and complex subjects, identify patterns and derive reliable conclusions
- Genuine enjoyment of working in detail with extensive textual and data-based content, combined with persistence, accuracy and sound judgement
- Confidence working with databases, data structures and digital tools; experience in software development and AI-enabled workflows is an advantage, but not a requirement.
- Very good German and English, a collaborative and responsible working style, and confidence when communicating with customers and internal stakeholders; additional languages are welcome
- A strong commitment to quality and ownership, recognizing that accurate and complete regulatory information is essential to effective product compliance
